Here’s What Happened Between Steffy And Ivy On Bold and the Beautiful

The Bold and the Beautiful's Ivy and Steffy have had an antagonistic relationship over the years.

Ivy is back on The Bold and the Beautiful. Carter brought her in to increase Forrester’s sales by reviving their jewelry line that had fallen away since Quinn left. But Steffy was not happy to see her cousin. There’s a lot of bad blood between them, so we’ll dive right into their conflict.

Bad Blood Flowing

A major part of Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and Ivy’s (Ashleigh Brewer) beef was over Liam. Steffy and Liam (Scott Clifton) were an item, but he and Ivy grew closer when he was on the outs with Steffy. Ivy was furious with Steffy when she tried seducing Liam while in a provocative bikini and demanded that Steffy stay away from him.

Ivy was in danger of being deported back to Australia and wanted Liam to marry her to prevent it. However, Liam realized he still had feelings for Steffy but agreed to marry her so she wouldn’t get kicked out of the country. Ivy gave Liam his freedom, secretly hoping he’d eventually return to her.

Their Peace Can’t Last Very Long

Ivy had become friends with Aly (Ashlyn Pearce), who also didn’t like Steffy. Trouble emerged when Aly went after Steffy. She slashed Steffy’s tires and then attacked her with a tire iron. Fortunately, in the scuffle, Aly dropped her weapon, and when she tried using a rock to hit her opponent, Steffy grabbed the tire iron and inadvertently killed Aly. Ivy showed up while this was happening and videotaped it, believing that Steffy killed Aly on purpose. Ultimately, Liam chose Steffy shortly after Ivy realized she wouldn’t actually get deported after all, and he dumped her during Aly’s funeral.

Aly used the video to blackmail Steffy into making her the face of Forrester Creations. Over time, their feud got worse, and among their many physical altercations, Ivy got electrocuted, later knocked out, and even got a concussion when one of their fights sent her down a flight of stairs.

The two eventually made up, and Ivy returned in May 2024, once again putting the moves on Liam. Steffy broke that up, sending Ivy back to Australia yet again, but now that she’s agreed to take on the jewelry line, she will be in Steffy’s face for the foreseeable future.
