Here’s How Thope Got Demolished Again on Bold and the Beautiful October 18

The Bold and the Beautiful is not interested in revisiting Hope’s relationship with Thomas, as made clear in the daytime soap’s Friday, October 18 episode. Meanwhile, Hope’s relationship with Carter is already heating up in the bedroom.

Celebrating Hope’s Future

Hope (Annika Noelle) was in a good mood after the conference meeting. Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor) singlehandedly saved Hope for the Future. He believed that the line was needed even though sales weren’t doing well. 

Hope hasn’t been focused on her couture line. Ever since Thomas (Matthew Atkinson) left, she’s been focused on other women’s men. She also struggled to find inspiration for her collection, and sales have been in a slump ever since. 

Carter wants to revive the brand with a lingerie line. He believes that Hope should front the brand, just like her mom, Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang), did with Brooke’s Bedroom. He feels so positive about the failed brand because he has Hope on the brain.

Carter and Hope left work and went straight to his place. There was no time for dinner, so dessert was on the menu. They celebrated their successful meeting with Steffy (Jaqueline MacInnes Wood) and Ridge (Thorsten Kaye).

Carter had a special evening planned with Hope. The moment they walked in, the candles were already lit. He must’ve had someone working behind the scenes to make this happen.

Rewriting History

The CBS soap managed to erase Thope forever. Carter confessed his feelings for Hope. He shared that he couldn’t get her off his mind ever since their trip to Rome, the same trip on which Hope kissed Thomas while she was married to Liam (Scott Clifton).

If that’s not messy enough, Carter was already dating her aunt Katie (Heather Tom). However, he rewrote his dating history by previously sharing they weren’t that serious. The reason? Carter has been secretly into Hope all this time. 

He was relieved to get that off his chest. Carter pulled Hope in for a kiss, and things got heated between them. Hope unbuttoned his shirt but then stopped. That’s when she realized she could be turning into her mother. 

Hope has conflicted feelings about sleeping with Carter. The real reason could be that she’s not that into him. It’s possible that she’s only using Carter to advance her brand. No matter what happens, fans shouldn’t expect B&B to revisit Thope any time soon.
