Forget Bill, Here’s Why Brooke and Eric Should Reunite on Bold and the Beautiful

Brooke and Ridge are destined for another breakup on The Bold and the Beautiful. With Brooke single again, many fans believe she’ll rebound with Bill. However, it might be a different ex-husband she reunites with.

Brooke Seeks Comfort From Eric

Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) is Brooke’s (Katherine Kelly Lang) destiny, but Eric (John McCook) was her first husband. Brooke’s relationship with Eric began in 1990 when he comforted her after being dumped by Ridge. A surprise pregnancy and a wedding soon followed. However, Brooke’s unresolved feelings for Ridge sparked the couple’s divorce.

Although Brooke broke his heart and caused his family lots of drama, Eric is still fond of his ex-wife. The two have maintained a friendship, and Eric has proven to be Bridge’s biggest supporter. Whenever trouble in paradise ensues, Brooke turns to Eric.

With Taylor (Rebecca Budig) back, Brooke worries about her relationship with Ridge. She’s expressed her fears to Eric, who assures her that Ridge loves her and isn’t going anywhere. But Brooke’s fears will come to fruition when Ridge spends more time with his ex-wife.

It’s only a matter of time before Bridge splits again. When it happens, Brooke won’t have to look far to find her next suitor.

Brooke Steals Another Sister’s Husband

B&B has been hinting at another reunion of Brooke and Bill (Don Diamont). While the two have amazing chemistry, and it’d be fun to see Brooke and Katie (Heather Tom) feuding, the storyline has been played out.

However, a surprising twist of Brooke and Eric reuniting would create fresh opportunities. Brooke and Eric never had a romantic reunion, so it would be interesting to see them fall in love again. But as with all of Brooke’s relationships, this one will cause lots of drama.

Brooke’s tendency to follow her heart leads to heartbreak for others. This time, it’s Donna (Jennifer Gareis) who’ll be left in tears. Donna and Brooke have always had a close relationship, but her sister’s betrayal will shatter that. While Brooke has been forgiven for her past mistakes, stealing Eric might be the final straw. She’ll lose a sister and gain a new enemy when Donna plots her revenge.
