Taylor is once again heartbroken on The Bold and the Beautiful. Brooke and Ridge’s reunion has her feeling a mixture of emotions, one of which is anger towards her former father-in-law, Eric.

Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Ridge’s (Thorsten Kaye) reunion has most everyone happy. Eric (John McCook), who’s been pushing for Bridge to get back together, is pleased his son followed his advice. However, Eric also knows that the couple’s reunion means heartache for Taylor (Rebecca Budig).
When Eric stopped by the Forrester guesthouse to check on Taylor, she didn’t hold back in expressing her anger. Taylor dragged Eric for pushing for a Bridge reunion, knowing it’d hurt her. Eric apologized, but defended his actions by claiming Brooke and Ridge belonged together. His words upset Taylor, who then stormed out, but not before telling Eric to “don’t pretend to be my friend.”
Taylor and Eric’s scene has the B&B community buzzing. On a soap opera message board, fans praised Taylor for dragging Eric.
”I was actually proud of Taylor today and how she told Eric about himself. Now all she needs to do is keep that same energy for Ridge,” one fan wrote.

Eric’s Guilt
Taylor and Eric’s tense encounter upset her and Eric. After Taylor stormed out, Eric seemed sad.
While Eric thought he was doing the right thing by reuniting Brooke and Ridge, he didn’t realize how much he hurt Taylor. Since he’s responsible for Taylor’s heartbreak, the Forrester patriarch will try to make things right. He wants Taylor to be happy and find love, so he might play matchmaker for his former daughter-in-law. But who will he choose as Taylor’s new man?
