Bold and the Beautiful’s Brad Bell Teases Steffy’s Plan to Destroy Carter

It’s a new year, and thankfully, for soap fans, new info about your favorite soaps is coming out. The Bold and Beautiful executive producer and head writer Brad Bell recently previewed winter 2025. He hinted at a major twist in the Forrester Creations takedown courtesy of Steffy. In fact, the exiled co-CEO already had it in the pipeline.

The Beginning of the End

In an interview with TV Insider, Bell revealed there will be plenty of steamy romances and non-stop drama. Most of the drama centers around the Forrester Creations coup, which will come to a head. Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor) will continue to defend the Logans.

Eric (John McCook) and Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) refuse to work with him like this. They don’t like having their family company ripped out from underneath them. Zende (Delon De Metz) is caught in the middle of the Logan-Forrester feud. He made the difficult choice to work for FC.

Eric, Ridge, and Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) encouraged him to stay on. After all, he’s a valuable asset who can offer intel and keep the company afloat. But there’s another plant who’s working behind the scenes. In addition, a major “secret” and “twist” will come out of this storyline.

Introducing… Daphne Rose

In December, it was confirmed that Murielle Hilaire would join B&B on Tuesday, January 7. She will play the role of “Daphne Rose,” a French woman who will help create Forrester’s next perfume. She has a “nose” for more than just fine fragrances. “She’s a plant by Steffy to really undermine Carter and to dismantle this current situation where he, Hope, and Brooke are in charge,” Bell told TV Insider.

Daphne will rely on her “interesting techniques” to get Forrester Creations back to its rightful owner. Will she use her alluring beauty and charm to woo Carter? Not only will she destroy Carter’s coup attempt, but she could also break up “Cope.”

Steffy’s plan could unfold in many ways. Daphne will pretend to act as if she loves the newly rebooted Forrester Creations. But she’s determined to get the company back where it belongs.
