Lawrence Saint-Victor, who plays Carter Walton on The Bold and the Beautiful, has been simmering a bit on the acting backburner on the soap. But fans of the actor can see him in a new project. The actor recently announced a new gig.
Lawrence Saint-Victor: One Night Stay
“What better way to bring in the new year, than with a new project??!!” Saint-Victor rhetorically enthused. “I had the honor of acting in this DOPE thriller One Night Stay. Check it out on @betplus on 1/4/24. Big shout to our wonderful director, amazing actors, dynamite producers, and our super talented crew!! CHECK IT OUT!!!” You can also check out some exclusive photos Saint-Victor has shared in his Instagram post below.
One Night Stay is a thriller that tells the story of a woman named Jessica (Iyana Halley), who refuses to be discarded after a one-night stand that goes wrong. Instead of leaving Marcus’s (Stephen C. Bishop) luxurious mansion, she discovers a quiet place to hide in the home and moves in — permanently!
Post-fling, Marcus resumes his life with Milia (LeToya Luckett), only they have no idea they have an uninvited houseguest! One Night Stay also stars Essence Atkins (Ambitions) as April and Robert Christopher Riley (Michael Culhane, Dynasty) as Andre.
Saint-Victor plays the part of Luke. One of Saint-Lawrence’s Instagram followers, @kennisaun, queried the actor as to whether or not his character is a good guy or a bad guy in the film. “A good guy,” Saint-Victor responded, “friend to that dude that finds himself in all sorts of trouble.”
Another poster, whose Instagram handle is @mrslibra_76, writes: “❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ CONGRATULATIONS COUSIN!!! We are so PROUD of you!!! Much love from the Detroit Fam.” Written by Curtis Cardwell (a scribe, who is primarily known for his work in the visual arts on such films as Black Panther: Wakanda Forever and Spider-Man: No Way Home) and directed by Rick. S. Mordecon (who also directed an episode of Access Granted), One Night Stay is set to premiere exclusively on BET+ on Wednesday, January 4.
