It’s a wrap for Ashley Jones and her co-stars. Last week, The Bold and the Beautiful‘s cast and crew bid farewell to their home for the past 38 years, Television City studio. Jones and the rest of the cast have posted sentimental posts about their time at the iconic studio. There’s one thing the actress will miss the most about her former home.
Saying Goodbye to Friends
On Friday, July 11th, B&B filmed its final episode at Television City. The studio served as the soap opera’s home for 38 years and was also famous for producing shows such as The Carol Burnett Show.
It was an emotional day for the B&B cast and crew, who shared their memories on social media. On Jones’ Instagram story, the actress posted photos from the final day and answered fan questions.

When one fan asked what she would miss most about the studio, Jones had a sweet response. “Running into my gorgeous friends from [The Young and the Restless] over on next soundstage,” the star captioned a photo of her and Y&R actress Tracey Bregman.
Bregman expressed the same sentiments as she reposted Jones’ photo with the caption, “We will miss [The Bold and the Beautiful] at [CBS TV]. Have fun at your new studio!”

Y&R holds a special place in Jones’ heart since that’s where she got her soap opera start. The actress played Megan Dennison from 1997 to 2001. Then three years later she was cast as Bridget on B&B, a role she’s been playing for over two decades.
With the two soap operas filming at the same studio, Jones remained friends with her Y&R castmates. But with B&B moving to a new studio, she won’t be seeing her Y&R friends as often as she liked.
However, with the amount of crossovers the shows do, Jones could be reunited with one of her former co-stars.
