He’ll always be a part of The Bold and the Beautiful family, but as his character, R.J., is currently not on the canvas, his portrayer, Anthony Turpel, has taken on a new and exciting role. And now the project he appears in is ready to be seen!
“Love victor coming out June 19!!!!!!!!!!!” Turpel posted on Instagram. “Thank you everyone for all the love and support!”
In a recent post, Turpel showed a picture from the upcoming series and had a little fun with the caption! “This is a picture of me trying to show Michael [Cimino, Victor] how expansive and amazing the lore of the Elder Scrolls games truly are from thousands of side quests and giant worlds to explore you can always rely on the Elder Scrolls to give you an awesome time!
“OH also love victor is moving to Hulu!!!!!” Turpel added. “Thank you all for the love and support you guys have been showing us and I can’t wait for you guys to see all the hard work everyone involved has been doing. Have a good day.”
The series tells the story of Victor, who has moved to Atlanta from Texas to attend Creekwood High School. Along the way, he explores self-discovery, faces challenges at home, adjusts to a new city and friends, and struggles with his sexual orientation.
Anthony Turpel plays the part of Felix, Victor’s new pal. The series is based on the 2018 feature film Love, Simon, which starred Nick Robinson (Melissa & Joey).
Turpel appeared on The Bold and the Beautiful from 2016-18 as the son of Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Ridge (Thorsten Kaye), scoring a Daytime Emmy nomination for Outstanding Younger Leading Actor in a Drama Series in 2017.
