Kiara Barnes recently took a near-two-month Instagram hiatus, and now The Bold and the Beautiful actress is back to share some news about her other creative passion– music!

Barnes joined B&B in 2018 as an ex-flame of Xander Avant (Adain Bradley) who seemed intent on winning him back! Pet-lovers empathized with Zoe after her beloved cat, Harry, died. Zoe and Xander grew close as his relationship with Emma (Nia Sioux) fizzled.

Zoe was sucked into the saga surrounding baby Beth after finding out that her father, Reese (Wayne Brady), had kidnapped Hope (Annika Noelle) and Liam’s (Scott Clifton) newborn daughter and sold her to Taylor (Hunter Tylo), all so that she could give the girl to Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood). The scheme led to Beth’s real parents thinking that their daughter had died, and it brought about an ever-expanding web of deceit.

Thomas played on Zoe’s feelings for him by asking her to marry him, hoping that the move would push Hope into realizing that she wanted Thomas. It might have worked, as Hope cared deeply for Thomas’s son, Douglas (Henry Joseph Samiri), but everything was exposed in the end. Poor Zoe was left at the altar after Thomas’s machinations came to light. Sure, she dodged a bullet, but she still cared for the cad.

However, it seems that romance might not elude Zoe: She has lately been sharing sparks with Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor), and he has been single for quite some time.
