Annika Noelle has been keeping a low social media profile as of late. Now, The Bold and the Beautiful actress is sharing on social media an important message so that people realize they are not alone.
After starting her post, which can be read below in its entirety, with a poem by Robert Frost, Noelle wrote, “I have wrestled over the past weeks with when and how to appropriately reenter social media given the current climate. While I hope you have been finding the resources and news in my Instagram Stories helpful, I thought I would post about something deeply personal to me.
“The world can be overwhelming as it is, but in the face of an omnipresent news cycle in the midst of a global pandemic, ecological crisis, and social injustices – feelings of isolation and helplessness may be debilitating,” the Daytime Emmy-nominee adds. “But I want you to know that you are not alone.
“Crisis Text Line provides free, 24/7 support via text message for anything you may want to talk about: anxiety, depression, suicide, or school. Text HOME to 741741.

Noelle joined BB in January 2018. Earlier this year, the actress received a Daytime Emmy nomination for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series for the baby Beth kidnapping storyline.
