The Bold And The Beautiful Hits A Ratings Record

The Bold and the Beautiful has achieved many victories over the course of its 32-year history. Now, the half-hour soap gets to claim a particular win for the first time!

According to the latest ratings, BB came in first in the category of women viewers aged 25-54 with a 0.9 in the demo. The show reached an average audience of 3.38 million viewers, the largest in over four months.

A week prior to this, BB finished first in the 18-49 demographic with 327,000 viewers in that coveted category.

Viewers tuned in as the baby Beth saga, which began in January when Hope’s (Annika Noelle) baby was stolen from her, started to climax. Thanks to little Douglas (Henry Joseph Samiri) telling the truth, Liam started to put the pieces together. Thomas (Matthew Atkinson) was about to take Hope away, but Liam tracked them down and got into a brawl with Hope’s groom.

Thomas took off, leaving Hope and Liam free to celebrate the news that their daughter was alive. They headed over to see Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and the emotional reunion with Beth took place, leaving Steffy having to give Beth a tearful farewell.

The story’s not over yet. Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) is going to make the people responsible for Steffy’s pain pay for their actions. But that includes his own son, Thomas! How will this all play out?

Somehow, Dr. Jordan Armstrong (Vincent Irizarry) will be included in the fallout as the character will be making his debut on the BB scene later this month.
