The Bold and the Beautiful C&C News

Who’s coming and who’s going from The Bold and the Beautiful for September 30 to October 4, 2019? Are any favorite performers from yesteryear returning to the daytime drama, this week, or in the near future?

Have any new actors or actresses been cast on the show in contract, recurring or day player roles? Are any well remembered or beloved stars from other soaps, past or present, about to join The Bold and the Beautiful fold in surprise new parts? Here’s the latest casting news from the CBS soap.

The week of September 30, 2019

Tisha Campbell debuts in the recurring role of Dr. Davis on Friday, October 4. She’ll play the medico tending to Heather Tom’s ailing Katie. The actress will look familiar to fans of Empire, where she portrayed Brooke.

Keith Carlos is back as Danny, serving up drinks at Bikini Bar on Monday, September 30 and Tuesday, October 1. Joe Locicero returns as Thomas’ (Matthew Atkinson) pal, Vincent Walker, on Monday, September 30 and Thursday, October 3.

Mike Horton portrays Britton on Monday, September 30. Horton previously played Joe Bihari on the primetime series Sun Records in 2017.

On the junior cast members front, Henry Joseph Samiri appears as Douglas on Thursday, October 3, while Finnegan George pops back in as Will Spencer on Friday, October 4. The Bold and the Beautiful (BB) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.

More on The Bold and The Bautiful History

BB made its debut in 1987 and introduced glitz and glamour to daytime soap operas. It has outlasted other soaps to become a mainstay for many households. Needless to say, three decades of storylines has kept viewers locked in and wanting more.

From Stephanie’s (Susan Flannery) iron grip on her family to Sheila’s (Kimberlin) evil schemes to the epic love story of Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) and Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang), BB knows how to entertain and keep fans coming back for more. Sadly, times are shifting and daytime soap operas are shrinking.

BB Brings the Drama

It is one of only four remaining soap operas currently on the air.  The other three daytime dramas include General Hospital (GH), The Young and the Restless (YR), and Days of Our Lives (DAYS).
