Who’s coming and who’s going from The Bold and the Beautiful (BB)?
Are any favorite performers from yesteryear returning to the daytime drama, this week, or in the near future?
Have any new actors or actresses been cast on the show in contract, recurring or day player roles? Are any well remembered or beloved stars from other soaps, past or present, about to join The Bold and the Beautiful fold in surprise new parts?
Here’s the latest casting news from the CBS soap.
The week of January 22, 2018
Another primetime star is heading to the soap. Robin Givens, remembered as Darlene Merriman on Head of the Class (1986-1991) and most recently seen as Mayor Sierra McCoy on Fox drama Riverdale, has been tapped for a guest starring role that begins next month.
Look for the actress to air for a three-episode arc and to be involved in Steffy’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) complicated pregnancy storyline.
Givens is slated to portray Steffy’s latest OB-GYN, Dr. Phillips. Tina Huang had been playing Steffy’s previous medico, Dr. Campbell. She made her last appearance on December 27.
The Bold and the Beautiful (BB) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for air times.
