The Bold And The Beautiful (BB) Recap: Ridge Threatens Bill!

The Bold and the Beautiful for Wednesday, April 11 features a day of negotiations, proposed compromises, a declaration of love, and renewed threats!

Bill Hasn’t Changed
If you thought Bill (Don Diamont) would emerge a new man after his shooting ordeal, well, you’d be wrong. The publishing magnate told Wyatt (Darin Brooks) that he’s not going to support his engagement to Katie.

Bill grimly informed Wyatt that he and Liam (Scott Clifton) are kaput, adding that if Wyatt plays his cards right he’ll inherit the company someday. If not, he’ll get nothing.

He then said he’ll step down in five years and let Wyatt take over the company. Bill says he’ll even put it in writing if  Wyatt ends his relationship with Katie.

Thorne (Ingo Rademacher) asked Katie (Heather Tom) how she’d feel about an uncomplicated life with him as opposed to life with Wyatt, which he feels is quite messy.

Katie later told Wyatt and wants a future with him, but she thinks they should be realistic. Wyatt says that just because Bill wants them to end their engagement it doesn’t mean he’ll have to end their relationship. Katie removes her engagement ring and says the engagement’s off, but they’re still on.

Round Two
Ridge visited Bill at his home. The two men sparred over the shooting. Bill asked to be left alone. Ridge demanded Bill admit that he set him up. Bill said what he and Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) have is love. Ridge said he’s going to be sick and wanted to know why Bill changed his mind.

Bill said it’s because he knows Ridge doesn’t have the guts to shoot him. Ridge finished by telling him that he’s nuts to think Steffy wants him. Bill said that’s for Steffy to decide.
