Soap opera stories either crawl or fly by, meaning that sometimes we have to miss big developments. Never fear, Soap Hub is here to fill you in on what you missed last week on The Bold and the Beautiful.
Letting Go
The gravity of the situation at home finally hit Steffy like a ton of bricks. She realized that Hope (Annika Noelle) would be taking Phoebe — no wait, Beth — home with her and that she will never again be with “her” baby girl. It became too much for her to bear and as Hope and Liam whisked their daughter out the door Steffy let loose a torrent of tears.
Downward Spiral
Thomas (Matthew Atkinson) found shelter at his drug-dealing friend Vinnie’s but he wasn’t doing so well. He remained absolutely convinced that he can win Hope back to his side. She IS his wife after all.
And he was sick to death of hearing about Beth. Hope WILL get over it and move on with him. His sick rants even extended to his own son whom he couldn’t believe ratted him out for his lies and deceit
Facing the Music
Xander (Adain Bradley) arrived from London just in time to face the wrath of Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) alongside Zoe (Kiara Barnes). The older Forresters railed at the youngsters for the damage they inflicted.
Zoe finally admitted that the reason she fought so hard to keep Reese in the clear was that she finally felt noticed and loved by her absentee father.
During the conversation, Ridge received word that Reese had been apprehended by British authorities. After deliberating with his wife, Ridge informed Zoe and Xander that the family will not be pressing charges against them. They were, however, fired from their positions at Forrester.
