The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers weekly update for December 21 – 25, 2020 reveal emotions running high, empty promises, and holiday surprises. After seeing his son go through a crisis and almost die, Ridge has been on an emotional rollercoaster. These feelings have him turning even more emotional when he sits down to talk with Brooke.
Liam and Steffy’s secret affair and Liam’s confession of love to Steffy have already shown that he isn’t the faithful husband he is pretending to be. However, this doesn’t stop him from promising to be the husband that Hope deserves from here on out.
Christmas seems to be a time for reminiscing on the past. Spoilers show that a holiday surprise Brooke has for Eric and Ridge will have them all thinking back to past Christmas celebrations and missing their late matriarch Stephanie.
Liam spent much of his week telling Steffy he loved her and swearing he was committed to his marriage with Hope. He at least agreed to keep the affair a secret for everyone’s sake but it was not without some internal struggle.
Thomas was on the mend and getting physically better by the day. His emotional trauma was deep, though, especially when he opened up to Ridge about his time with the mannequin. It all seemed so real and he was scared it would happen again.
Ridge was thankful to Finn for helping his son pull through, but he was most appreciative of Hope. His stepdaughter is a class act and he was sure his son would not be alive without her.
