The stage was set for something explosive on The Bold and the Beautiful this week, and suffice it to say the fuse has been lit!

Steffy came face to face with the baby that she intends to adopt – the baby stolen from Hope, that is – and immediately felt a curious connection there.

That was certainly good news for Reese, who knew that the clock was quickly ticking to when he’d have to pay up.

Caught in the middle of the whole affair was Liam, and because of his fear of how Hope would react to the news of Steffy expanding her family, he decided to keep the entire thing a secret.

Still, it’s safe to assume that truths about certain people won’t stay a secret for long. Here are the spoilers!

Liam is introduced to the baby that Steffy will be adopting, feeling the same connection she did… and not knowing that he’s holding his daughter.

Learning about the child sends Hope into a tailspin, and Brooke becomes concerned about her daughter’s behavior.

Horror descends for Florence, too, when she learns the full scope of Reese’s plan, and realizes how deeply she has become involved in the plot.
