The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for Wednesday, May 27, 2020, reveal the continuation of celebrity week. The show rewinds to February 27, 2007, in an episode featuring screen legend Betty White as Stephanie’s memorable mother, Ann.
If you didn’t get a chance to check out this episode the first time around, make sure you set your DVR and get your popcorn ready.
It’s a day of mother/daughter bickering when Stephanie (Susan Flannery) and Ann (Betty White) clash over the latter’s living arrangements. She wants her mother out of her house and off the property – which includes the guest house. However, her meddling mother fully intends on sticking around, and she has Eric’s support!
Ann claims she’s just trying to get back in with the family and be close to the ones she loves but Stephanie knows better. The ladies haven’t exactly been tight-knit for years and it’s Stephanie thinks it’s high time she goes back to Chicago. Enough is enough
To her credit, Ann has some serious concerns about her daughter’s marriage. She sees Eric (John McCook) getting a little too close to Pam (Alley Mills) and smells trouble on the horizon. Sure, she’s meddling but it’s for good reason! The last thing this family needs is a love triangle between her two darling daughters.
Expect to see some up close and personal family dynamics as the fight for Eric’s heart and the battle about the housing situation causes more than one explosion. Tempers will flare and we may even see a few tears shed.
The Douglas ladies are all headstrong women who have blurry lines about what’s right, wrong, and completely inappropriate. Of course, that’s nothing new with anyone from the LA crowd. The Bold and the Beautiful (BB) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
