The Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers August 20 2020
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for Thursday, August 20, 2020, reveal more of Steffy’s long and painful recovery. Plus, we also get Ridge and Brooke’s road back to each other.
Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) is still in pain — excruciating pain. It’s so bad that even her doctor is in shock. Finn (Tanner Novlan) stops by to check on his favorite patient, and he finds himself wondering what to do next.
Does he take the risk of prescribing more pain medication? These are some hardcore pills, and using them could lead any patient down a dangerous path. On the other hand, the good doctor lives just up the street, meaning that he can keep an eye out for any signs of addiction. Either way, Steffy needs relief, and he’s just the guy to give it to her.
Spoilers reveal this as being a turning point in Steffy’s life. The closer she and Finn get, the better. Steffy would certainly welcome the prospect of having a nice guy by her side. Let’s hope she doesn’t become dependent on those pills, though, or any chance of romance will end before it begins.
Meanwhile, Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) take a walk down memory lane as they relive some of the lowest points of their relationship. They’ve each made some pretty hefty mistakes in the past, causing one another a world of hurt.
Is it worth risking their hearts and giving this relationship one last chance? Ridge and Brooke love each other, and they feel like they belong together… but the past speaks volumes. Their combined adultery, lies, schemes, and scams have left a path of destruction and many open wounds.
Still, love is love, and there is no better feeling than being in each other’s arms. When things fall apart, it’s terrible… but when things are good, everything is golden. They need to get over the bad to get back to a place of sweetness, adoration, and mutual affection. The Bold and the Beautiful (BB) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
