The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for Monday, December 7, 2020, reveal Liam realizing he made a grave mistake and Finn issuing a grim diagnosis.
Liam (Scott Clifton) finally shuts his mouth long enough for Hope (Annika Noelle) to tell him what really went down with Thomas (Matthew Atkinson). Liam’s mortal enemy had a mental breakdown and lost touch with reality. So much so, he thought the mannequin was Hope.
The truth hits Liam like a ton of bricks. Thomas was not kissing Hope, he was kissing the statue. This means Hope did not cheat, did not break her vows, and was not the one to stomp all over the sanctity of their marriage – he was. Whoops.
Liam eats his words and feels the crushing blow of his betrayal. He cheated on a wife once again. Maybe he should learn the answer to marital problems isn’t revenge jumping into an ex’s bed. This will certainly teach him. Of course, the first step in fixing a problem is admitting you have one.
As for Thomas, he remains in critical condition and things worsen by the minute. Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) take to his side and pray he will come out of this.
Finn (Tanner Novlan) delivers the earth-shattering news that Thomas may not come out of this. The prognosis is heartbreaking and Finn suggests they call in the rest of the family. Thomas may not have that much time left.
Do not count Thomas out yet, though. He is a Forrester and a fighter. He has too much to live for to lay down and give up. He will fight this and may just come back stronger than ever. The Bold and the Beautiful (BB) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
