The Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for Monday, May 18, 2020, reveal a look back to January 9, 1991. It’s Eric and Brooke’s wedding night and he sweeps her right off her feet. Make sure to tune in to the kick-off of a week that’s all about everyone’s favorite Logan sister.
It’s Brooke’s (Katherine Kelly Lang) first round as Mrs. Forrester and she’s soaking up every moment. She’s a woman in love (well, sort of) and is riding on cloud nine (okay, it’s a hot hair balloon but you get the point). This is one of the greatest times of Brooke’s life and she basks in Eric’s glow (even though she’s still occasionally thinking about his son).
Eric (John McCook) has big plans for his young bride. They fly off to the desert, take a romantic horseback ride, and reach their final destination – a private oasis. It’s a lush and posh getaway fit for a queen (or the wife of a millionaire powerhouse). Oh, yes, this is the life, and Brooke can’t believe she’s living it.
Expect a fabulously furnished set for this honeymoon. Eric knows how to treat a lady and he wants to give Brooke the best. She may have come from humble beginnings but she’s officially a Forrester now and that means everything will be the best of the beat for here on out.
Back at the main house, Ridge (then-Ronn Moss) tries to talk some sense into his mother. Does Eric marrying Brooke hurt? Of course, but hanging onto that animosity makes it so much worse. He implores Stephanie (Susan Flannery) to let it go and get on with her life. The best revenge is rising above and living a higher life than the ex, right?
