On the Thursday, September 19 episode of The Bold and the Beautiful, spoilers tease that Ridge and Taylor reminisce about their shared past. Naturally, there is much to remember about their two marriages and three children. Do Taylor and Ridge get carried away in romantic memories? Don’t miss seeing this rekindled connection.
Taylor (Rebecca Budig) and Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) are one of daytime’s most beloved supercouples, with a rich history dating all the way back to 1991. For many viewers, Ridge should never have left Taylor for Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang). That triangle continued all the way to current times. As played by Krista Allen in 2022, Taylor charmed Ridge away from Brooke for a short while. Ridge ultimately realized his heart was still with Brooke, and Taylor went overseas for a fresh start.
Taylor’s return to LA is about supporting her daughter, Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) — or so she says. Let us not forget that the first time we saw Taylor again, she was watching Ridge and Brooke canoodle in Monte Carlo from afar. This suggests that Taylor hasn’t moved on or forgotten Ridge at all.
Before Taylor came home, Ridge and Brooke were in a great place. He convinced her to model in the revamp of Brooke’s Bedroom, leading to stunning sales and a big ego boost for Brooke. As Ridge made Brooke feel as desirable as a 20-year-old, their relationship only became more amorous. Ridge also showed how much he respected Brooke’s intelligence by making her co-CEO at Forrester Creations. What more could a woman want?
Taylor’s return could threaten all of that. Coupled with Hope’s (Annika Noelle) disrespectful behavior to Steffy, both Logan women stand to lose a lot. Ridge does not understand or forgive Hope’s behavior, which puts him squarely with team Taylor. Hope going after Steffy’s husband, leading to Steffy being held captive by Luna (Lisa Yamada), gives Taylor a reason to talk with Ridge a lot. The next thing you know, the conversation steers off course down Ridge and Taylor memory lane. Does Ridge relish those romantic memories as much as Taylor does?
