Can Bill and Poppy keep their romance going?

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for Tuesday, September 10, tease that following their ordeal, Poppy and Bill sit down and try to understand what happened. Can their love survive? What lies ahead for this very challenged couple remains to be seen. Steffy and Finn, meanwhile, celebrate her rescue and return with Taylor and Ridge. It sounds like an emotional day you will want to see.

Post-Trauma

After Poppy (Romy Park) is released from jail and returns home with Bill (Don Diamont), they will face a lot of bewilderment and uncertainty. Poppy will be shellshocked for some time that Luna (Lisa Yamada) killed two men and framed her for it. It’s a huge trauma for both of them. Bill and Poppy essentially lost their daughter and the happy little family they had just built.

How strong are Bill’s feelings for the troubled new woman in his life? (Read here how Bill didn’t show enough support for Poppy when she was in prison.) Moreover, can he rise above everything that’s happened and give their love a second chance? If they want to take some time apart to sort things out, Poppy doesn’t have her former home to return to. They are still demolishing her old apartment building — fortunately, without Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) trapped inside.

Poppy may feel a lot of shame for the problems she and Luna brought to Bill. However, she will most likely want to hang on to whatever is left of their relationship. Of course, Bill is a solid presence she would want to keep around.

Happy Family

Meanwhile, Steffy and Finn (Tanner Novlan) continue their joyous reunion with their children, Kelly (Sophia Paras) and Hayes (Alexander Banks). (See the sweet photo spoilers here.) Taylor (Rebecca Budig) and Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) show up to make it a full-on family celebration.

If Steffy had felt threatened before, she would have everyone back in her corner now. Most importantly, her mom is back to give her the in-person support she has missed. Taylor can help Steffy face her personal and office battles with much more strength and confidence. Forresters unite!
