Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers October 4: Brooke Learns Katie’s Big Fear

The Damage Done

Bill (Don Diamont) put it all on the line, hoping that Katie (Heather Tom) would take him back. He said the right things about how he is a changed man and how Katie is the love of his life. However, something is still holding back Katie from trusting him.

Now, we will get a better glimpse of what’s happening in Katie’s mind. So will her sister, Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang). Whether Brooke has a deep conversation with Katie or overhears her talking to someone else is unclear. What’s for sure is that Brooke hears Katie’s deep-rooted fear about Bill. We have a feeling that fear is all about Brooke herself.

Katie may never be able to get over Bill’s affair with Brooke while they were married. It wasn’t just a betrayal, which is bad enough in itself. Bill choosing her supposedly sexier sister hit Katie right where it hurts. She may never feel like enough for Bill, or that once he had her back, he would take her for granted again. Brooke may feel a bit remorseful to know how badly she impacted Katie’s self-esteem or ability to trust. (If she doesn’t, she should.)

Medical Miracle?

With Ridge’s (Thorsten Kaye) support, Taylor (Rebecca Budig) awaits her second opinion from Dr. Grace Buckingham (Cassandra Creech). Taylor thought she already knew everything she needed to know. She said she could feel her body getting weaker as if she was dying.

Grace will likely have more options for Taylor than her first doctor in Europe. Taylor may continue to be skeptical. What’s keeping her from finding the spirit to fight wholeheartedly for her life?
