Would Steffy give Carter the axe?

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for Thursday, October 31, preview a distressing day at Forrester Creations. Steffy makes a bold change that ripples through the entire company. Don’t worry, it’s not all gloom and doom. There’s some Halloween fun over at Il Giardino, as Sheila gets into the holiday spirit. It sounds like both a fearful and festive day on B&B, one you certainly don’t want to miss.

On the Chopping Block

Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor) has been getting very outspoken over at Forrester — perhaps a little too much. His visionary pitch was enough. Once he rebuked Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) for the way she spoke to Hope (Annika Noelle), we started to fear for Carter. Did he forget who his boss is?

Steffy’s anger at Carter has been building, and this incident surely won’t help. She swoops in with a major corporate change for the company. First off, we are pretty sure that Steffy gives a big no to Carter’s proposal, but will she go further? Would she demote Carter, or even outright fire him? She could claim insubordination as a reason. If Carter doesn’t get the axe, number two on Steffy’s radar is Hope. Is this the moment that Steffy will say no more Hope for the Future?

Whatever executive action Steffy takes, it affects everyone at Forrester. Steffy may be clear that Forrester Creations is first and foremost a family company, and that is never going to change. She formerly included Carter as part of the family, but her stance may now change. She may also emphasize that the Logans are not part of their family and better tread lightly. What’s scarier than such workplace nepotism and animosity?

Trick or Treat

On a lighter note, count on Sheila (Kimberlin Brown) to bring some Halloween festivity. B&B is known for really getting into the spirit and always showcases some great costumes. Everyone remembers Sheila’s infamous nurse get-up. What will she be this year? Hopefully, she will include her hubby, Deacon (Sean Kanan), in an outrageous couple’s costume.

Sheila and Deacon endured a lot this past year and could really use some fun. Expect Sheila to throw herself into decorating Il Giardino for the holiday as well. Can we expect some more surprises at everyone’s favorite restaurant as well?
