Can Ivy charm Ridge into greenlighting her jewelry line?

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for Tuesday, October 29, tease that Ivy goes above Steffy and asks Ridge to give life to her jewelry line. Also, Brooke makes an alarming accusation to Ridge about Steffy. The B&B office drama just gets more intense; don’t miss out.

A Second Pitch

Ivy (Ashleigh Brewer) is not taking no for an answer. Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) shot down Ivy’s pitch to reboot the Forrester Creations jewelry line with her as the designer. Eric (John McCook), however, thought it was a fantastic idea. Now, Ivy approaches Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) to convince him that her line is what Forrester needs.

Ridge already has much to think about with Carter’s (Lawrence Saint-Victor) new master plan for the company. Now, Ivy is approaching him one-on-one. Mulling over major business decisions is exactly what Ridge doesn’t want to do. He prefers to create. That is why he gave his girlfriend, Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang), an executive role to assume some of those tactical responsibilities.

Unfortunately for Ridge, he is squarely entrenched in corporate decision-making for now. We wonder how receptive he will be to Ivy, as charming as she can be. Ridge has been completely aligned with Steffy’s decisions, so it would be surprising to see him back Ivy.

Another Warning

After Ridge hears out Ivy, Brooke has some business matters to discuss with him. She makes major accusations against Steffy. It would be nothing new for Brooke to say that Steffy has it out for the Logans. However, Brooke may go one step further and accuse Steffy of being threatened by anyone with new ideas, like Carter or Ivy.

Brooke could argue that Steffy’s grudges and overly controlling nature hinder real growth at Forrester Creations. After all, how can they move forward as a brand if they don’t take any risks?

Again, Ridge may not appreciate Brooke making accusations against Steffy. To him, she is a corporate whiz who inherited the brains and guts of his mother, Stephanie. (You can take a look back at Stephanie Forrester here.) Does Brooke have any chance of making Ridge see his daughter through a different lens?
