On the November 8 episode of The Bold and the Beautiful, spoilers preview that Poppy visits her incarcerated daughter, Luna. If you have been missing Poppy and Luna as much as we have, you don’t want to miss their return.
Murder Backstory
It’s been some time since we’ve seen the Nozawa mother and daughter. The police solved the murders of Tom (Clint Howard) and Hollis (Hollis W. Chambers), with all evidence pointing to Luna (Lisa Yamada). A shocked Poppy (Romy Park) learned her daughter’s motive to remain part of Bill’s (Don Diamont) family and how she framed her for her crimes. Their last moments together were when Luna was hauled away in handcuffs.
Later, we saw that Poppy and Bill’s relationship did not survive this trauma. Bill tried to win back his ex-wife, Katie (Heather Tom), while Poppy stayed with her sister, Li (Naomi Matsuda). Will Poppy be able to forgive her daughter? Does she feel partly accountable for raising a killer?
Spoilers tease that Poppy gives Luna some useful information. That sounds like Luna is plotting something and that she hasn’t reformed at all. Bill also receives a touching letter from Luna that makes him reassess everything that happened. Do Luna’s words make Bill feel responsible for the terrible murders she committed?
Previously on B&B
Steffy’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) firing of Hope (Annika Noelle) continued to cause serious consequences for their associates and family. Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) was emotionally shattered by Ridge’s (Thorsten Kaye) betrayal. An angry and frustrated Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor) vowed to exact revenge on the Forresters. Katie (Heather Tom) boldly judged Steffy’s decision to her face, which could threaten her job, too. Finally, Eric (John McCook) tried to talk some sense into Steffy, but to no avail.
Coming Up
Zende (Delon de Metz) confronts Steffy over the ripple effects of her actions. Poppy’s visit to Luna in jail provides Luna with valuable information. Bill receives a poignant letter from Luna, which forces him to reflect on the situation and the choices that brought them to where they are.
