Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor) and Hope’s (Annika Noelle) relationship hit a challenge last week. His guilt over stealing Forrester Creations is weighing heavily on him. While Carter wants to give the company back, Hope is fighting him on the decision. The couple’s disagreement over FC is causing a strain on their relationship. Daphne (Murielle Hilaire) notices the friction and uses it to make her move. This week, she comforts Carter and later the two share a kiss in his office that Hope witnesses. Could this be the end of Cope’s relationship?
Across town, Poppy (Romy Park) stops by II Giardino for a drink. Unfortunately, her dining experience isn’t relaxing because Sheila (Kimberlin Brown) is her bartender. The two women discuss Finn (Tanner Novlan), although the Finnegans and Nozawas are Finn’s adopted family, Sheila’s his biological mother. Even though everyone’s tried to keep her away from Finn, Sheila believes they have a strong connection. Poppy scoffs at the idea, but Sheila tells Poppy, “you’ll never know Finn as intimately as I do.” Sheila’s statement causes Poppy to become nervous and might make Sheila a little suspicious.
Last week, Finn finally confessed to Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) about his affair with Poppy. Now, he drops the biggest bombshell, that he’s Luna’s (Lisa Yamada) dad. Steffy won’t take the news well, and it’s going to be a huge problem in their marriage.
But Finn has another big issue on his hands. This week, he arrives at Bill’s (Don Diamont) mansion and is shocked when Luna answers the door. Luna is surprised to see “cousin” Finn, and she and Bill will have much explaining to do.
