Liam (Scott Clifton) has had a rough several months. First, he found out that he had a brain tumor. Then, it turns out, the tumor is inoperable. Liam spent his time figuring out how to come to terms with dying. He wanted to be close to his family in his final days. It was emotional and difficult.
Then, Luna (Lisa Yamada) shot Liam, and he managed to shoot her. Supposedly, Liam’s shot ended Luna’s life. However, Luna’s shot wasn’t quite on the mark. Miraculously, Liam made it through his surgery, but, of course, Liam still had an inoperable brain tumor to deal with.

Grace (Cassandra Creech) told Liam and Bill (Don Diamont) that she had a treatment for Liam. There was just one catch. It had to remain a secret. Of course, Bill and Liam were desperate, so they agreed to the secrecy, and Bill coughed up the money for the treatment.
Miraculously, it looked like the treatment was successful, and Liam’s inoperable brain tumor was cured.
