What Happened Previously on B&B

Even though Deacon (Sean Kanan) had once been her patient, he and Taylor (Rebecca Budig) couldn’t ignore their connection and gave in to it despite his marriage to Sheila (Kimberlin Brown). Sheila had no idea what was going on and even tried to form a bond with Taylor. Taylor, however, kept things firmly professional, drawing a clear line because of her role in Deacon’s life.

At the same time, Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) realized Taylor and Deacon were getting closer. She leaned on Hope (Annika Noelle) to help shut it down, but Hope wasn’t interested in stopping it. She supported her father and didn’t want him anywhere near Sheila, with Deke (Harrison Cone) backing her up.

Steffy’s fear ran deeper, especially since Sheila is Finn’s (Tanner Novlan) biological mother. It wasn’t that long ago Sheila shot both of them and left Steffy fighting for her life. Refusing to let history repeat itself, Steffy gave Taylor a firm ultimatum—pick her family or pick Deacon.
