Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers June 26: Deacon and Sheila Stand Behind Tom

For the June 26 episode of The Bold and the Beautiful, spoilers preview that Sheila and Deacon give Tom a second chance to fulfill his dream. Is Tom’s dream to build a better life for himself, or is it something more? Deacon and Sheila feel indebted to Tom for helping save Sheila’s life and want to pay it forward. However, Tom may not be as transparent as he seems. Stay tuned.

A Second Chance

We simply don’t know enough about Tom (Clint Howard) yet. This amiable homeless man led Deacon (Sean Kanan) to Sheila (Kimberlin Brown) when she was trapped in the warehouse. Deacon and Sheila were so grateful to Tom for reuniting them that they had him officiate their marriage ceremony. Then, Deacon went one step further and gave him a job at Il Giardino.

Tom has really come a long way in a short time. As cheerful as he is, he can also poke his nose where it might not belong. Tom quickly angered Sheila by doing some online digging on her and shared the not-so-flattering results with Deacon. It wasn’t the wisest move for someone who just landed a job in a long time.

Sheila put Tom in his place, telling him not to cause her problems. Then, she forgave him and moved on. Sheila knows that Deacon really believes in Tom, so she showed him some grace. Does Tom ask for something more from Deacon and Sheila? It’s also possible that Tom messes up again, but Deacon stands behind his second chance at a decent life.

The Poppy Factor

Even more strange is that Tom seems to know Poppy (Romy Park). He couldn’t stop looking at her as she dined at Il Giardino with Bill (Don Diamont) and Luna (Lisa Yamada). Poppy seemed to know Tom, too — though she was clearly unhappy to see him. How could Tom know Poppy? Did their paths cross in San Francisco?

Is it possible that Tom supplied Poppy with her hallucinogenic mints? Poppy may even have been romantically involved with Tom 20 years ago. If all Poppy wanted was a rich, older man, it sure is odd that her past includes a homeless person like Tom.
