Hollis's autopsy shows something surprising to Li and Finn.
Spoilers for the July 15 episode of The Bold and the Beautiful preview that the death of a second Il Giardino employee — Hollis — in two weeks rocks the community. It’s starting to look like more than just a coincidence. An autopsy of Hollis’s body shows results that stun doctors Finn and Li. This is an episode you don’t want to miss.
Hollis (Hollis W. Chambers) was on to something about Tom Starr’s (Clint Howard) death. The letters he found in Tom’s backpack contained revealing information, most likely about Tom being Luna’s (Lisa Yamada) father. They may also have detailed other secrets that someone would kill to conceal. Within hours, poor Hollis was found dead.
Sheila (Kimberlin Brown) let out a blood-curdling shriek when she found Hollis’s unconscious body behind the bar. It sure seemed convincing. But Sheila was acting odd in her last interaction with Hollis. She didn’t want Hollis to show her what was in Tom’s bag. She even told him to throw it in the trash pretty adamantly. Why wouldn’t she let Hollis show her what he found? It looks suspicious.
An autopsy on Hollis’s remains shows results that surprise Li (Naomi Matsuda) and Finn (Tanner Novlan). Hollis died of the same drug that killed Tom. People easily accepted that Tom died of an overdose because he had previously suffered from addiction. But now, Hollis? The most screen time he got was back when he took Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) out for a date before she reunited with Ridge (Thorsten Kaye). There was never any talk of Hollis doing drugs.
The last time Sheila spoke to Hollis, she was quick to accuse him of finding drugs in Tom’s backpack and wanting to use them. It was a big leap and a hasty accusation — perhaps from someone who had something to cover up.
