What Happened Previously on B&B

Deacon (Sean Kanan) turned to Taylor (Rebecca Budig) after realizing Sheila (Kimberlin Brown) had lied to him about Luna (Lisa Yamada), leaving him questioning whether she had really changed. The betrayal rattled him, and as his therapist, Taylor quickly became the person he leaned on most.

As Taylor helped him process everything, their dynamic began to shift. What started as professional support gradually became something more personal. Both of them were aware they were crossing a line, especially given their therapist-patient relationship, and they tried to maintain boundaries. Still, the connection between them proved too strong, and they eventually gave in, sharing a kiss despite the risk if Sheila found out.

Things escalated when Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) uncovered the truth. She immediately went to Hope (Annika Noelle), hoping she would step in before things went any further. But Hope—now married to Liam (Scott Clifton)—refused to interfere. She saw Deacon pulling away from Sheila as a positive and didn’t want to get involved. She even brought her brother Deke (Harrison Cone) onto her side.

With no help from Hope, Steffy took matters into her own hands. She confronted Taylor and forced her to choose between Deacon and her family. Taylor tried to put her daughter first, but her feelings for Deacon didn’t fade. In the end, Deacon made his own choice, misleading Sheila about his plans and deciding to be with Taylor anyway.

Ultimately, Taylor and Deacon slept together, but everything unraveled when Sheila showed up. Misinterpreting what she saw, Sheila grabbed a knife, turning the situation dangerous in an instant. Deacon escaped through a window while Sheila rushed in to “save” Taylor. Although Taylor insisted she was fine, Sheila began picking up on details that made it clear she hadn’t been alone.

Taylor later confessed everything to Steffy, who was furious over what had happened, while Sheila began testing Deacon, determined to find out where he had really been. After Steffy filled her in, Hope finally understood why she had been so concerned.

Meanwhile, Ivy (Ashleigh Brewer) did her best to mess up Electra’s (Laneya Grace) relationship with Will (Crew Morrow). She’s also worked to ensure that Electra sees the positives of R.J. (Brayan Nicoletti).
