When a poll asking who’s the worst schemer on The Bold and the Beautiful results in more write-in candidates for the “Other” section than there are primary choices, you’ve got to think there are some pretty bad people living in Los Angeles. Of course, in soap-land, bad can often translate to good for viewers.
So whom did almost 3000 fans pick as the baddest of them all?
It’s Good To Be The Quinn
For 71% of you it was no contest: She’s stabbed Bill (and licked up his blood, because neatness counts), dunked Ally into the Seine, held an amnesiac Liam prisoner, and pushed Deacon off a cliff.
But those were all merely Quinn’s (Rena Sofer) crimes. Her schemes include lying nearly every time she opens her mouth, faking friendships for personal gain, manipulating her son via crocodile tears the size of the blue diamond she once also used to get her way, and then somehow getting away scott-free with all of it.
Now she’s married to the richest man in town (only about a dozen people live in this version of L.A.) and handing out leadership of his company like it was hers to give. No wonder Quinn got more votes than all the rest of the possibilities combined!
Sasha, Sasha, Sasha
This newcomer has a long way to go before she catches up with Queen Quinn, but 19% of viewers see real potential there.
So far, Sasha’s (Felisha Cooper) schemes have mostly focused on snagging Zende (Rome Flynn), though, like Quinn, bodily fluids were involved. When you’re willing to steal urine to put your scheme over, you are one committed schemer!
Brooke ‘Em
Before there was Quinn, Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) was doing a pretty good job of stirring the pot, seducing Ridge away from Caroline (the first one)… Taylor… Ashley… Katie…. And 8% of you still remember that Brooke quite well.
Rule of Three
Finally, 3% of viewers voted for “Other,” which included Ridge (Thorsten Kaye), Katie (Heather Tom), Pam (Ally Mills) and Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood). Maybe if they all teamed up together against Quinn…. Nah.
