Soap Opera Star Kelly Kruger Talks Halloween with Fans

In a previous post leading up to Halloween, fans suggested to Kelly Kruger, who recurs as Eva, Forrester International’s publicist, on The Bold and the Beautiful that she and her husband, Darin Brooks (Wyatt), dress up like Wilma and Fred Flintstone for the annual holiday. Might she be going as a character from the big screen instead?

Dress-Up Fun With Kelly Kruger

“My husband told me I look like I just stepped off the set of Top Gun,” says Kruger, decked out in an outfit that does kind of say fighter pilot. “I don’t really see it but ok. (P.S. I’ll never be able to wear this jumpsuit again without thinking I belong in Top Gun.)

“Also, why do I feel like my kid [Everleigh, 1] and husband are always secretly making fun of me? Like they always have this inside joke and mums on the outside ya know? K bye. Oh, wait! Are you guys dressing up for Halloween this year?? If so as what?? 🎃”

Where’d the look really come from? “Jumpsuit is @fabletics and it’s super comfy,” Kruger adds. “Glasses are my husbands. He made me put them on.”

“Love this style!” @cocoparis1976 posted. “Kaki suits to blonde, I think! Love the color. You look so great! I’m amazed by your beautiful baby girl’s hair! My son had so many when he was born too…that’s lovely.”

Kruger responded: “@cocoparis1976 she has so much hair! I try to keep it up but she pulls out the hair ties. She’s been ok with pigtails lately. Anything to keep it off her face! (and thank u!)”

Kruger is best known to soap fans for her run as Mac on The Young and the Restless. She first debuted as BB’s Eva in 2014, reprising the role sporadically over the next four years.

Last year, Kruger made a few appearances on YR as Mac, the former wife of J.T. Hellstrom (Thad Luckinbill), whom viewers learned was dealing with some anger issues. The Bold and the Beautiful airs weekdays on CBS. Check local listings for air times.
