Should Katie Stand By Bill on The Bold and the Beautiful?

Fans of Katie and Bill on The Bold and the Beautiful were happy to see the duo get some screen time when she visited him in jail. The enormity of Bill’s predicament sunk in on Katie and viewers saw how much she still cares for her incarcerated ex.

Stand By Your Bold and Beautiful Man

The majority of you, 64%, say that yes, Katie should stand by Bill. And, by all accounts, it looks like she is! If there’s anyone who understands Bill and how complicated he can be, it’s Katie. The couple shares not only son Will (Finnegan George), but also a history of breaking up and making up. Katie accepts Bill for who he is. We can’t see her walking out on him now.

Many of you, almost 24%, say that Katie should definitely not desert Bill in his time of need. The all-powerful “Dollar” Bill Spencer is not in control these days. He failed to convince Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) to keep his yap shut about running over poor dead Vinny Walker (Joe LoCicero), so he stepped up and told the authorities it wasn’t Liam’s idea to leave the scene. Katie doesn’t have to make a lifelong commitment again to Bill right now, however, she can promise to stay with him through this current crisis.

B&B: Bye, Bye, Bill Spencer

The rest of you, 12%, feel that Bill doesn’t deserve Katie’s devotion. There’s always going to be a crisis with Bill, it seems as he’s either trying to orchestrate people’s lives or fighting his attraction to Brooke (and often, he fails to win that fight).

Katie could recommend Bill hire a more expert criminal law attorney than Justin Barber (Aaron D. Spears) — he doesn’t have Bill’s best interests at heart anyway. Yes, Katie’s always going to care about Bill on some level, but he’s let her down way too many times. Some day, she’s going to have to learn to put herself first. Perhaps there’s no time like the present.
