Should Hope Forgive Liam on The Bold and the Beautiful?

Hope is arguably the nicest person on The Bold and the Beautiful. She’s kind, good with kids, and forgiving. But can she get past her husband Liam sleeping with Steffy?

Sure, Liam (Scott Clifton) has given a reasonable excuse for how he ended up in his ex-wife’s bed. He thought Hope (Annika Noelle) was kissing Thomas (Matthew Atkinson) when, in reality, he was making out with a mannequin in Hope’s image.

Soap Hub has asked BB fans to weigh in on whether or not Hope should forgive Liam or send him packing!

No Hope For The Future

The majority of you, 61%, say that Hope should not forgive Liam. First off, it’s not Hope’s fault that Liam jumped to the conclusion that she was kissing Thomas. Did Liam burst in and demand an answer, which would have resulted in him immediately learning the truth? No. Did he call his brother Wyatt (Darin Brooks)?

Nope. Instead, Liam made a beeline for Steffy’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) place and started drowning his sorrows. Liam knows that Steffy’s in a relationship with Finn (Tanner Novlan), but that didn’t stop him.

The rest of you, 39%, say that Hope should forgive Liam. At the end of the day, he wasn’t coming from a malicious place. And if this baby truly does end up being Liam’s, well, should that really matter? Liam already has a child (Kelly) with Steffy, after all.

Liam and Hope went through hell when they believed that their daughter Beth had died after birth. They beat all the odds and got back together after finding out that she was alive. They’ve been through too much to end things now. Hope needs to give Liam another chance! He’s promised never to sleep with Steffy again!
