Bold and the Beautiful September 13: Hope’s Heart vs. Career – Will Lust Cost Her Everything?

Hope tried to rationalize her fantasies to her mom Brooke on the September 13 episode of The Bold and the Beautiful. She feels that Steffy doesn’t appreciate her husband Finn like she should. As Brooke and Hope spoke about her ever-growing feelings for Finn, Steffy planned the demise of Hope for the Future just across the hall.

Numbers have slipped in the recent quarter. Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) has been too busy daydreaming about Finn (Tanner Novlan) to notice. She knows she’s in the wrong, but she still justifies her behavior. Here’s what could happen to her line if she’s not careful.

Winning Team Gone

Hope for the Future was on a high when Hope collaborated with Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson). They brought out something in each other that was really special. Numbers for Hope for the Future exploded at the time.

The couple became the hottest thing in fashion. That all came crashing down when Hope shattered Thomas’ marriage dreams. She turned down several of his proposals, leading him to pop the question to Paris Buckingham (Diamond White) in Paris.

Meanwhile, Hope was stuck on her own. She had to pick up the pieces of her heart and her fashion line. The brand never recovered after Thomas left. The emerging talent couldn’t live up to the leading designer’s vision. As a result, Hope lost passion for her line as her feelings for Finn intensified. She spent most of her time in her office daydreaming rather than working.

End of the Line?

Hope received some news she didn’t expect. Sales of Hope for the Future never rebounded after the last quarter. Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood), Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye), and Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) seem poised to make the difficult decision to drop the line from Forrester Creations.

This signifies the beginning of the end of Hope’s future. It all comes crashing down because of her growing feelings for Finn. To save her job, she must stay away from Steffy’s husband for good. It could do her some good and bring some much-needed inspiration back to her line. Hope must clear her head and focus on what matters before it’s too late.
