In the July 10 episode of The Bold and the Beautiful, Ridge confronted Bill. He declared that the Forresters were at war with the Spencers. But Bill didn’t see it that way. Is Ridge overreacting, and is something more going on with the Forresters’ legacy fashion house?

Key Takeaways

  • Ridge and Bill had a heated confrontation.
  • Bill thinks Ridge’s accusations are just an overreaction.
  • Are the Forresters blaming the Spencers for their failures?

Ridge Confronts Bill at Logan

Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) had a bone to pick with Bill (Don Diamont) at Logan. Once again, he declared that there was a war brewing between the Forresters and the Spencers.

Bill wondered what Ridge was talking about. He asked, what war? Bill argued that what Will (Crew Morrow) did to R.J. (Brayan Nicoletti) wasn’t a sucker punch.

Bill also refuses to meddle in his son’s love life. Ridge told Bill to tell Katie (Heather Tom) to stay away from Forrester Creations. The days of stealing from them are over.

Are the Spencers the Scapegoats?

Ridge blamed Bill for all that had happened to the Forresters. Bill noted that he was making crazy accusations. Is Ridge overreacting about what’s happened to the Forresters?

Ridge argued that they stole Eric (John McCook) and his designs. Now, they stole Hope (Annika Noelle), even though she’s not a Forrester; she’s a Spencer by marriage.

Ridge noted that Will keeps attacking his son. Bill didn’t think it was a big deal. He joked that he would pay for R.J.’s medical bills. Ridge demanded that Bill leave their family alone after all that they’ve done for them.

Are the Forresters Headed for Trouble?

Ridge argued that Eric feels ashamed of working with a joke of a company. But Bill pointed out that it was Eric’s decision to design for Logan, especially since Eric was pushed into retirement.

Ridge saw these recent events as a betrayal. He felt that the Spencers were messing with their legacy company. But Bill saw this all from a business perspective.

Bill reminded Ridge that the Forresters would have to accept that there was new royalty in the Los Angeles fashion scene. The Logans were already taking over.

Ridge needs to deal with it. But Ridge couldn’t handle it. He punched Bill for all the knockouts that his son took. But Bill already felt that he had won one over Ridge.

Forrester Creations used to be the biggest luxury fashion house. But now they can only run one line at a time. Is FC headed for trouble?
