The Bold and the Beautiful recap for Monday, June 30 saw Ridge break Brooke’s heart, Will’s life miraculously spared, and Luna on the run.
What You Missed Today On Bold and the Beautiful
Will (Crew Morrow) did his best to hold his own while Luna (Lisa Yamada) threw a fit and waved the gun around. Baker (Dan Martin) assured the Cliff House crew the cops were closing in and everyone held their breath waiting for the door to be busted down. Thankfully, Luna didn’t use her weapon. Instead, she came to her senses just long enough to boot Will out of her apartment. No sooner did the door close than Luna ranted to herself abut how Steffy must pay!
By the time Will got back to the Cliff House, Baker informed him that Luna was gone by the time the police arrived and is now on the run. Electra (Laneya Grace) and Will headed off to the office to rundown what happened at the apartment. Yes, she saw the kiss. Yes, it was sucky. But, she understood.

As for Luna…where would she run? Well, right to her grandmother, of course! She breathlessly told Sheila (Kimberlin Brown) that her crush set her up. Luna was frantic. Sheila thought something was up…Will is a Spencer, after all. They are known for backstabbing. Heck, Bill (Don Diamont) did the same to her. Luna, however, was not heading any Spencer slander. She placed all the blame squarely on Steffy’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) shoulders. Sheila tried to reel her back in but Luna was in full-on revenge mode and there wasn’t anything Sheila could say or do to stop her.
A Love Like No Other
Over at the Forrester Estate, Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) and Taylor (Rebecca Budig) basked in their engagement and stared at the ring on her finger. They chatted for a minute about his ex’s impending reaction but talk of Brooke was cut short when Eric (John McCook) arrived. They delivered their good news to the very shocked patriarch who took a moment of pause before congratulating the couple. Afterward, Ridge left to see Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang).
Meanwhile, Brooke was at the office sulking over the news. She was so sure she was closer than ever to winning Ridge back. She never imagined he loved Taylor enough to want to marry her. Brooke thought back to the fashion show and how she thought the moment on the runway was the start of something new for her and the man she loves.

Ridge got to the office to find Brooke in tears. He didn’t even get to open his mouth before she informed him that she already knew. She informed him that Nick overheard everything and ran straight to her with the news. Obviously, Ridge was not impressed. He wanted to tear Brooke’s heart out of her chest tell her himself. Brooke’s only solace is Ridge wasn’t the one who proposed and she assumed he didn’t want this. She was wrong, though. Ridge DOES want to marry Taylor. Sure, he loves Brooke and always will but he’s moving on. His future isn’t Bridge anymore…it’s with Taylor. With that, he said goodbye to his destiny.
Back at the Cliff House, Steffy updated her mom on the drama…and then noticed the rock on Taylor’s finger. She nearly cried with joy. Her mama and dada back together? It’s every kid’s dream! She was impressed to hear her mother took matters into her own hands and made this happen for herself. Look at Taylor go!
