The Bold and the Beautiful recap for Wednesday, June 18 saw Ridge and Nick exchanging insults, Steffy worrying for her future, and Luna getting in good with Hayes…and the beach summer school.

What You Missed Today On Bold and the Beautiful

Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) greeted Nick (Jack Wagner) with the exact amount of respect you’d expect from him. Nick snarked right back. Nick was all smiles as he congratulated Ridge on recovering his company…and his reunion with Taylor (Rebecca Budig). How grand! How special! Is there a wedding in their future? Ridge called him out on being too interested in his love life. Why is that? Doesn’t he have his own love life to worry about?

Nick admitted he was a very single fella…for now. He’s in town to find his destiny. Eh, Ridge, what do you know about destiny? Brooke nearly squealed with delight. There’s nothing she likes better than two men bickering over her. When Nick took his leave, Ridge jumped right into slandering Nick and urging Brooke to stay away from him. She’s too good for him. Stay away from him! It was clear that Ridge was suffering with a strong bout of jealousy.

Motherly Worry

Over in the Cliff House, Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and Taylor tried to relax knowing the kids were safe and sound at the new summer program. Taylor expressed how grateful she was for Liam’s (Scott Clifton) generosity. Steffy agreed. It was because of Liam that should could breathe a sigh of relief (sorry, Steffy…not so fast!). Steffy then shared her sorrow over Liam’s impending death. She cried for herself, for Liam, and for their daughter. Kelly would soon lose her father and that’s just too tragic to think about.

Steffy and Taylor then chatted about Finn (Tanner Novlan) and Luna. He may not owe Luna anything and can’t have her around, but they knew it was hurting him. Finn is too good of a man to turn his back without guilt. Steffy needs to stay strong for her husband, her children, and Liam in the face of all this stress, anxiety, and danger. She just hoped her children won’t remember Luna…especially Hayes.

A Suspicious Little Trinket

Meanwhile, at the beach house, all the kids showed off their buckets of trinkets to Ms. Dylan (Sydney Bullock) and oh, boy, was little Hayes (Bryan David Garlick) proud of himself. When the teacher took the kids inside, he stayed behind to collect something he left behind and Luna (Lisa Yamada) took that as her opportunity to spend a stolen second with her little brother. She gave him an origami crane, which pleased Hayes to no end. Before long, the teacher called him inside and their little meet and greet was over. He was happy to show off his new prize…not just with his teacher, but with Electra (Laneya Grace) too when she arrived.

Electra took Hayes home where they showed off his new little trinket and told the story of a nice lady giving it to him. Everyone assumed it was a random woman on the beach. Oh boy, were they wrong. Hayes ran off to play leaving Electra to tout how great Steffy’s kids are as Steffy panicked about her children’s futures.

Meanwhile, back at the beach house, the teacher came upon Luna making more origami art and invited her to be a guest artist for the class. Luna was pleased…very, very pleased. She introduced herself as “Sunshine” as Dylan told the story of the old school burning down and giving her details on the art program.
