Poppy (Romy Park) admitted to Luna (Lisa Yamada) that she had always known the truth about Luna’s paternity, but chose not to tell anyone to avoid facing the consequences. She claimed she didn’t want to hurt anyone, but Luna saw through the lie. Later, when Luna asked her mother for a fresh start, promising to change, Poppy shocked her by disowning her and telling her to leave town. Poppy’s rejection was harsh, even pushing Luna out in a surprising moment of maternal anger.
Meanwhile, Sheila (Kimberlin Brown)was feeling disconnected from her family and longed for a relationship with her children and grandchildren. Her wish unexpectedly came true when Luna arrived at the restaurant, seeking help. Luna explained that she had been abandoned and needed Sheila’s support. Sheila, initially ready to call the police, hesitated, seeing an opportunity to offer the support Luna desperately wanted.
Over at the office, Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) and Eric (John McCook) praised Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor) for making things right. They were glad to have him back, but they worried about how Hope (Annika Noelle) would react. Hope, determined to fight for Carter’s love, set up a romantic evening, but things didn’t go as planned. Carter showed up and within minutes, Hope knew she lost control of the coup.
At the same time, Daphne Rose (Murielle Hilaire) confided in Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) about her feelings for Carter, revealing how Hope’s actions had influenced her decision to stay in town. When Ridge and Eric arrived with good news, it was clear that Daphne Rose’s influence had played a significant role in Carter’s future, leaving Hope’s control slipping away.

Luna revealed to Sheila that she was her granddaughter and had nowhere else to go. At first, Sheila did not believe Luna and laughed at her, demanding that she leave. However, Luna persisted and revealed that she was Finn’s daughter, explaining how Li had tested both Tom Starr (Clint Howard) and Jack (Ted King), only to discover that neither was her father. Finn (Tanner Novlan) had then tested himself twice, confirming that Luna was indeed his child. Everything fell into place for Sheila when Luna mentioned that Steffy had banned her from Finn’s life. Upon hearing this, Sheila’s demeanor changed completely. She grabbed Luna, kissed her on the lips, and embraced her warmly.
Meanwhile, Carter attempted to break some difficult news to Hope at the cottage. He told her that he had made a decision and hoped she would understand. He admitted that he had been struggling with guilt ever since the coup, feeling as though he had dishonored Eric, his best friend, his legal oath, and himself. When Hope tried to highlight his success and how far he had taken the company, Carter revealed that he had torn up the LLC papers and returned the company to its rightful owner.
Hope was furious, blaming him for caving under pressure and ruining everything they had worked for. She reminded him of all she had sacrificed for him and how she had stood by his side. In her emotional outburst, she said she “loved” him instead of “loves,” a slip Carter did not miss. Despite Carter’s attempt to assure her that her fashion line was safe, he admitted he had not gotten it in writing, which only fueled Hope’s anger further.
At Forrester Creations, the family celebrated regaining control of the company and Carter’s return. However, Steffy was hesitant to forgive him so easily, noting that while Hope had been the mastermind, Carter had allowed her to manipulate him and ruin his reputation. Ridge also remained cautious, believing Carter had a lot to prove. The next challenge was deciding what to do with the current staff, particularly Brooke’s (Katherine Kelly Lang) role as CEO and whether Hope should be allowed to stay. Steffy wanted Hope out immediately, but the final decision was still up in the air.

The Forresters gathered at the main office to discuss their plans now that they had regained control of the company. The focus was primarily on Carter, who was considered a traitor by some of the family members. Steffy was particularly unsupportive of keeping him around, believing that his betrayal should not be overlooked. However, a meeting was held to determine the next steps.
In the design room, Carter was surprised when Hope showed up for work. She confronted him angrily about the deal he made, accusing him of ruining their chance for power. Carter, along with Brooke, tried to reason with her, but Hope was not convinced. She felt that Steffy would never allow the deal to stand, especially after everything that had transpired.
During the meeting, Steffy took charge and made the final decisions. Although she would have preferred to see the traitors removed entirely, she had to be pragmatic. Carter was allowed to keep his job as COO and continue his work as FC’s legal counsel. Brooke was also permitted to stay, though she was stripped of the CEO title, which was reserved for a Forrester. Hope, however, was not so fortunate. Steffy made it clear that Hope was no longer welcome, citing the damage she had done to the Hope for the Future line. Despite Hope’s protests and support from Carter and Brooke, Steffy remained firm in her decision. As tensions escalated, Hope demanded that Carter leave with her, but he did not move, signaling the depth of the rift between them.
Meanwhile, in the staging area, Daphne Rose and Zende (Delon de Metz) discussed the changing dynamics at Forrester Creations. They speculated about the outcome of the meeting, with Daphne Rose predicting that Hope would be ousted. She also jokingly acknowledged that her growing closeness with Carter might complicate things for Zende, who led the design team for Hope’s line.
