The Bold and the Beautiful recap for Thursday, March 27 saw a special episode directed by Heather Tom that had the Forrester women celebrating as the Logan ladies had it out in an explosive showdown.
What Happened Today On The Bold and the Beautiful?
Katie (Heather Tom) and Donna (Jennifer Gareis) met up at the main office to gossip about the current goings-on. The coup is over, Eric (John McCook), Ridge (Thorsten Kaye), and Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) were back in charge. That was great news! Not so great is they fired Hope (Annika Noelle) and shelved her iconic line. While the sisters didn’t like it, they couldn’t help but admit they understood why. Hope and Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor) did a very bad thing, and there are consequences for betrayal.

A Shocking Mother-Daughter Showdown!
As for Hope, she stewed at home over her failures before showing up at Brooke’s (Katherine Kelly Lang) door to yell at her for her betrayal. She was furious her mother stood by and watched the Forresters throw her out. How dare she?! Why didn’t she stand up for her?! Hope even insinuated this was partly Brooke’s fault. Well, that was enough for Brooke who then proceeded to give her daughter an earful.
Brooke laid into her daughter like never before. She flipped the script and blamed Hope for putting her in a position to have her life torn apart. She lost Ridge over this coup, even though she only even took the CEO position to help dismantle the coup and hand the company back to her main man. Hearing that, Hope absolutely lost it.
Katie showed up just in time to hear Hope going ballistic and tried to stop the madness. Hope was too far gone, though. She had some choice words for her aunt, too, before turning back to her mother. She screamed and hollered about Brooke turning her back on her yet again. She even lashed out about Brooke’s past sins, including not giving her Deacon’s last name.
Eventually, Brooke reached her breaking point. She slammed Hope for the coup and didn’t offer up a lick of sympathy. Hope made her bed, now it’s time she grow up and face the consequences of her action. More than anything, Brooke refused to let Brooke go off on her in her own home. Not today. Not ever. Hope asked if she was kicking her out.
Things came to a shocking head when Brooke screamed at Hope to get out of her house. Hope raised her hand to slap her mother but Katie grabbed her before things went that far. Hope then had an epic meltdown. She cried a sea of tears and issued a whole host of sorrow-filled apologies as Brooke held her.

Moments of Peace and Calm
Having a much better mother-daughter day were Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and Taylor (Rebecca Budig). They were at the Cliff House celebrating their collective success. Steffy has her legacy back, Taylor officially has Ridge. Just look at how great their lives will be now! These ladies were definitely on top of the world (at least for now). Oh yes, all is right in their lives. They shared some milk shakes and threw themselves a fun little dance party.
