B&B Spoilers Recap For October 3: Brooke’s Attitude Rubbed Ridge The Wrong Way

B&B spoilers recap for Monday, October 3, 2022, features Ridge Forrester jumping to conclusions about his wife and Taylor jetting away to escape the ghosts of relationships past.

B&B Spoilers Recap Highlights

Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) and Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) discussed the dreaded CPS call and why Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) would do such a thing. Thomas chalked it up to his stepmom hating him but Ridge just couldn’t wrap his head around it. This isn’t something he can see his wife doing.

Thomas reminded his dad that Brooke threatened to make the call, and then it happened. Seemed pretty cut and dry to him. Ridge ran off to see his wife and give her a chance to come clean and state her case.

B&B Recap: Little Talk, All Action

At the same time, Hope Logan Spencer (Annika Noelle) stormed into her mother’s house to rant about the whole ordeal. Why and who would call child services?! Brooke acted just as bamboozled by the whole thing as Hope was. She did hint that Hope could use this to get Douglas Forrester (Django Ferri) back in her care. Hope shot that down flat and basically told her to keep her thoughts to herself.

No sooner did Hope leave than Ridge came home. He told her about the call and how traumatic it was for Douglas. Brooke’s responses were a bit jaded and cold, and it convinced Ridge the voice on the call was her. However, instead of acting like a grown man and outright asking or even confronting her, he ran with his assumptions and left “to go pick up something he forgot at the office.” He stood outside the door stewing, “it was YOU!” He said to himself over and over.

B&B Spoilers Recap: Running Away

Meanwhile, at the cliff house, Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) continued moping about Ridge. Why, oh, why doesn’t he love her too? The question she should be asking is why is she so unhinged she’s still hung up on him instead of getting herself therapy, but that’s neither here nor there.

The only solution Taylor could find to her mess is leaving town — at least for a few days. Not only is Ridge a married man, but she is sick of begging for second place. Enough is enough. Steffy didn’t see things that way, though. She was sure her parents belonged together, come hell or high water. But alas, the ladies boarded the jet to Aspen so Taylor can heal her poor, poor heart.
