In The Bold and the Beautiful recap for October 30, 2023, Brooke took notice of her sisters’ shady behavior and wondered if she was being left out of the loop.
Bold and the Beautiful Recap Highlights
In addition, Countess Von Frankfurt continued to give Esther a hard time, Esther continued to flirt with Charlie, and Eric continued to power through his slow and painful decline. Now, let’s dig a little deeper into what exactly happened.
B&B Recap: In The Presence Of Greatness
The tension was palpable inside the Forrester Creations showroom. Each design revealed to the assemblage was more beautiful than the last. In the audience, Esther (Kate Linder) nearly cracked under the pressure. How was she to know which dress was the right dress for her? And why does she so clearly rub the Countess (Marie Osmund) the wrong way?
Lauren (Tracey Bregman) couldn’t help her friend with the latter, but she had an opinion on the former. Esther will know when she knows. The dress will speak to her. It’ll stand out from all the rest. Esther was hopeful. And still obviously smitten with Charlie (Dick Christie), whom she waved her feather duster at. No, seriously. Her literal feather duster. The one that she carries in her purse. (Cue the snarl from Frankfurter *ahem* Frankfurt!)
Meanwhile, Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) took exception to Donna (Jennifer Gareis) and Katie (Heather Tom) huddling in a corner and engaging in hushed conversation. Equally disconcerting was all the times she spotted Eric (John McCook) having a coughing fit.
Brooke eventually strutted over to her sisters and demanded an explanation. Was there something that she was not being let in on? Something important and pertaining to Eric, perhaps? Donna insisted there was not. She and Katie were just merely commenting on the gowns and anxiously anticipating the winner. Brooke scowled just to let them (and the audience) know that she wasn’t mollified.
The Bold and the Beautiful Recap: Winner Takes All
Taking a break from hacking and peeking from behind the curtain, Eric headed backstage, where he complimented, nay, gushed over RJ (Joshua Hoffman) and Luna (Lisa Yamada) and pulled them into big bear hugs. They’ve got this in the bag! They’re going to smoke Ridge (Thorsten Kaye). And Eric is going to get his own back on Ridge for relegating him and his team to the design office rather than the CEO one.
Opposite this, Ridge — fresh off preening to Brooke that he was about to teach his son and dad “a lesson” — said to his team that they had this in the bag and that they were going to smoke the competition.
