The Bold and the Beautiful recap for Wednesday, April 9, saw Finn and Bill having it out, Deacon taking one last dig, and Liam demanding Steffy’s silence.
What Happened Today On The Bold and the Beautiful?
Tempers continued exploding in the design room between Deacon (Sean Kanan) and Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor). Deacon took dig after dig and accused him of throwing Hope (Annika Noelle) clear under the bus. How dare he?!
Daphne Rose (Murielle Hilaire) stepped in and tried to take control of the blowup between Deacon and Carter, but she refused to let Deacon talk trash about her crush. In fact, when Deacon took more digs, Daphne Rose booted him from the office. Before he left, though, Deacon made it clear Carter was to stay away…from him, the restaurant, and his daughter.

After Deacon finally took his leave, Daphne Rose tended got Carter’s cuts and bruises. She was shocked by Deacon’s brutal attitude and him blaming Carter for everything. Carter still felt guilty for Hope’s various losses and Daphne Rose reminded him that she did it to herself. Then, in true sudsy fashion, she got in real close and came onto him.
Luna Needs Her Daddy
All the while, Sheila (Kimberlin Brown) continued bonding with Luna (Lisa Yamada). Luna opened up about her crush on Will (Crew Morrow) and how she wanted it to lead somewhere. That was cute, but Sheila reminded her there were bigger things in life than a boy. She needs to work on building relationships with her family first, especially her father.
Luna knew Finn loved her and wanted to be her dad, but she did so many terrible things, and he’s now pushing her away…understandably so. Sheila knew Luna’s pain, and they both agreed that their actions weren’t the problem – Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) is. She’s the one keeping Finn from his family. Sheila decided then and there she wouldn’t let Steffy play this game any longer.
Good Dad, Bad Dad
As for Finn (Tanner Novlan), he was in his hospital, having it out with Dollar Bill (Don Diamont). Finn unleashed on Bill. He pulled Luna out of prison to give her a second chance. He’s unleashed Luna back onto the world. Yes, she’s Finn’s daughter, but even he knows that what Dollar Bill did was wrong.
Dollar Bill wasn’t putting up with the insults and insinuations. He shifted the conversation to being torn apart by Liam (Scott Clifton) and gave Finn the rundown of their explosive confrontation. Liam tore into him, quit his job, and cut him off. Poor Bill…no one understood him and his actions.
A Very Concerning Request
At the same time, Steffy helped Liam sort through the situation that led to his collapse. He dredged up the memory of having it out with Dollar Bill and quitting his job due to the whole Luna situation. He replayed the whole showdown in his mind. All the insults, all the accusations, all the anger. And, he remembered becoming out of sorts, getting dizzy, and blacking out.
Liam then asked Steffy for a wild favor. He wanted her silence. He asked her not to tell ANYONE he’s in the hospital or about his condition. Not Bill, not her family, not Kelly. No one. Steffy balked but Liam insisted. While Steffy agreed to keep it under wraps for most of their circle she wouldn’t lie or hide things from her husband. When Finn called, she picked up the phone and asked him to come down to Liam’s room.
