The Bold and the Beautiful recap for March 30-April 3, 2020, features more of the same from characters you’ve come to know and love. Yes, they make the same mistakes over and over again.

The Bold and the Beautiful Recap Highlights

History has a way of repeating itself on BB – sometimes to the point of ad nauseam. One again we have Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) turning to Bill (Don Diamont) for a little tender loving care.

And once again her actions have come back to bite her in the behind – during her and Ridge’s (Thorsten Kaye) reunion party no less! Then there’s a hypocritical Ridge taking the moral high ground and responding to his wife’s (let’s face it, minor) indiscretion by turning to another woman.

The End Of Bill and Katie

Oh, and let’s not forget Katie (Heather Tom) and Bill breaking up for the umpteenth time over him choosing to find comfort in the arms of her sister. At least he had the decency to admit that he was never going to out his little tryst and volunteer to be the party that exited the family home.

Which, by the way, must be absolutely cursed! How many times have we watched its former occupants, Ridge and Taylor, make-up and break-up and move out – usually due to the former’s inability to keep his lips off of Brooke?

BB Musings

Sally: “The symptoms that brought me into Dr. Pappas’s office originally were real. The lightheadedness. The shaking. The headaches.” Dr. Escobar: “Stress. Those were all stress.” Stress?! Seriously? That’s the excuse you’re going with?

Bridget: “You hate my mother this much? What has she ever done to you?” Quinn: “Well, if you were around more kid, you wouldn’t have to ask that.” HA! So true. It seems Bridget (Ashley Jones) only ever comes around for weddings, funerals, and/or public functions where her mother winds up humiliated.

Quinn: “May I remind you that Shauna is not the one to blame here? She didn’t even want you to know about Brooke and Bill kissing, considering she’d been kissing you.” Ridge: “You’re right. Makes me a hypocrite.” Quinn: “No, you’re not a hypocrite. No. There’s a difference.” Is there Quinn? Does ANYONE agree with that train of thought?

Quinn to Brooke: “Do you even hear how ridiculous you sound? You are a grown woman ranting and raving about a portrait above a fireplace.” First of all, Quinn, thank you for giving voice to something many of us in the audience have been thinking for months now.

Secondly, you aren’t really in a position to judge seeing as how half the reason you exposed Brooke was so you could get back at her for dishing your portrait and its placement. The Bold and the Beautiful airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
