Sibling rivalry is synonymous with The Bold and the Beautiful when you look at the sets of brothers and sisters who’ve done battle over the bedroom and the boardroom over the decades. Will history repeat itself with Liam’s daughters Kelly and Beth?
Soap Hub asked if the daughters of Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and Hope (Annika Noelle) — both fathered by Liam (Scott Clifton) will continue the tradition of sibling rivalry on BB. Read on for the results!
Surprisingly, almost 72% of you say, no, they should not be rivals. Each little girl should grow up to become a confidant young woman who doesn’t need to battle the other. They are sisters and need to put that bond first.
They’ll hear stories over the years (secrets do tend to come out) about the time Thorne (then Clayton Norcross) shot Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) in the head over Ridge sleeping with Caroline (Joanna Johnson). They’ll hear about Katie (Heather Tom) feeling deeply betrayed by Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Bill’s (Don Diamont) tryst. Stop the madness!
A little over 22% of you say that it’s okay if the two women feud over fashion, business (which are often the same thing on BB), or where to have the holidays. But you don’t want them fighting over the same love interest. Maybe Kelly will grow up and work at Forrester Creations like her mom and Beth will work in the media like her dad? There are plenty of ways these two women can be later pitted against one another that doesn’t involve an object of desire.
Almost 6% of you want the two women to fight over the same love interest. After all, it’s a family tradition! Kelly’s grandmother Taylor (Hunter Tylo) fought Beth’s grandmother Brooke for Ridge’s heart. Then, Taylor’s daughter Steffy and Brooke’s daughter Hope did battle over Liam. But what guy could they fight over? With BB’s tangled paternities, the show might have to bring on an entirely new character over whom these two women can compete! But we’re a ways off from that happening! The Bold and the Beautiful airs weekdays on CBS. Check local listings for airtimes.
