After two months of Lisa Yamada winning Performer of the Month honors, a new crop of Bold and the Beautiful actors gets their chance at the number one slot. They dealt with a month of family drama, corporate shenanigans, threats, and strategies. There was also much talk of broken hearts, chakra alignment, and keeping relationships on the down low.

October 2024 Performer of the Month

In October, Taylor (Rebecca Budig) experienced a major misdiagnosis that caused her to seek help from her ex-husband. Ridge (Thorsten Kaye), in turn, prescribed a unique treatment. It involved a very intimate pose that didn’t sit well with his wife. Meanwhile, Hope (Annika Noelle) and Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor) jumpstarted a whirlwind of secret kisses and a public alliance. He also contended with Steffy’s confusion, concern, threats, and executive decisions.

Rebecca Budig, Thorsten Kaye, Lawrence Saint-Victor, and Annika Noelle were Y&R’s Performer of the Month nominees for October. Ultimately, the fans propelled one actor to the top spot. Congrats to Lawrence Saint-Victor, whose character saw much airtime in October. And we love that for him.

Carter made his intentions known to Hope and his ideas known to the Foresters. As a result, they’ve had to rethink what family means and the kind of future they want for Forrester. While they ultimately chose the safe route, Carter’s grand plan would take many risks but would result in big rewards.

Unfortunately for Carter, he dealt with Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood), who needed to know what was happening between Hope and Carter. Through his vigorous defense of Hope for the Future and the Logans, Carter clearly took a side in this big family versus family war that’s brewing.

And the entire time, Saint-Victor shined. He was absolutely in his element as Carter shared his ideas, passion, and desire for a substantive relationship. The man showed up for Hope, and we hope he won’t get hurt in the end.
