On-screen, she’s got two daughters (although she doesn’t know one was illegally adopted), but in real-life, Jacqueline MacInnes Wood, who plays Steffy on The Bold and the Beautiful, has a brand-new baby boy.
Wood and husband, Elan Ruspoli, welcomed their first child, a son, Rise Harlan, on March 4.
The actress explained her son’s unique name to PEOPLE Magazine and on Instagram:
“Our hearts are so full,” Wood says. “We chose Rise because to us Rise means growth, the simplicity of moving forward. We look to our son as an uplifting force toward positive change and a better world.”
Now, the absolutely glowing actress has taken to social media to share some beautiful photos of her with her husband and their beautiful bundle of blue.
As you can see in the image below, the new parents share a kiss while Rise enjoys some skin-to-skin time with his mom shortly after birth.
Soap Hub sends congratulations and best wishes to Wood and Ruspoli on their beautiful new son!
